Eligibility to purchase
In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct.

Pricing policy
The prices on the product page are indicated excluding VAT. The total amount of the order including VAT is visualized in the shopping cart on the checkout page. For products supplied to clients within the European Community and the UK, a VAT rate of 17.5% is applied. Clients based in countries outside the European Community will not be charged VAT.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
When you are using a promotional code for your purchase, the discounted amount will be calculated and will appear at the check out after you have entered the code in the appropriate box.

Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s), provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and un-used, i.e. in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels still attached. The company will not be liable for returns if the garment is stained by make up or perfume or the jewellery is scratched. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.

You must inform us in writing, within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), if you are not satisfied with the item(s) and want to return it.
Please download and fill in the Returns Form that you will find in the following link RETURN FORM here!
Make sure you include a print out of the return form inside the package you send back.
We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the delivery costs.

Please make sure to include your original invoice when returning goods.
If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd will offer a refund via Paypal credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please be aware that in case of refund, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and that shipment costs to send back goods are charged to the customer. We recommend you use a courier or registered post to send back goods.
Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Faulty or wrong item
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
For faulty items please do not send any items back.

Make sure you inform us of your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for the return. In the case of damaged goods be sure to explain in detail the nature of the damage.
We will contact you to advice on how we will deal with the return.

Delivery Information
Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public or bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.
Please note that if a particular product is not in stock, or sold out we can make it exclusively for you! Please contact us on: info@mariafrancescapepe.com for more information.
‘Made to order’ products are dispatched after four weeks of receipt of payment excluding weekends and public or bank holidays.
If you enquiry for a personalized product’, MFP will contact you with an acceptance form and payment terms. Please note personalized items can be ONLY purchased by advanced bank transfer in EURO (only) to the following details:

Delivery Service
To offer you the best service we have chosen ‘Royal Mail’ for UK and European Community deliveries and ‘Worldnet International Couriers’ for express deliveries within the European Community, to the United States and for all other international deliveries.
As soon as your order is picked up you will receive an email with the tracking number (Air Waybill) for the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days.
Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Maria Francesca Pepe Ltd insures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchase goods is passed to you.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, MFP are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
MFP is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc. which may add an additional 1 to 2 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Your order will be sent out in MFP signed packaging.

Order Tracking
Once you place an order with us it can be tracked so that you know when it has left our warehouse and is on its way to your door. As soon as your order is shipped (which will be the next working day in most of the cases), we will send you a confirmation to your mail account mentioning all the details of your order. We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website at any time, whether or not that particular product has been sold out.
